Finding a Princess Crib Fit for Your Royal Tot

Every Mom and Dad thinks that their little girl is a princess. And every princess deserves a crib fit for royalty. We went looking for the best princess cribs out there and choose these as our favorites as they all combine majestic looks and comfort with safety and affordability – two other big considerations when shopping for a princess crib.

Disney Princess 3-in-1 Convertible Single Crib – It’s hard to think about princesses without mentioning Disney. This cherry wood convertible crib has sleigh bed styling that would not be out of place in any palace nursery, especially with its intricate flowers and hearts molding details on the headboard and foot board. This is a princess crib that can stay with your little princess all the way up to the day she finds Prince Charming however as it converts from a crib to a toddler bed to a full size daybed. The Disney princess 3 in 1 Convertible Single Crib is JPMA/ASTM certified and be purchased at Babies  R Us for $379.99 where you can also find a matching changing table and dresser for completing a very pulled together nursery look.

JC Penney Standard Princess Crib Package – This nursery set is a JC Penney exclusive and outfits a nursery fit for royalty in one fell swoop. The princess crib is also a 3 in 1 convertible and is finished in an attractive mahogany color. The headboard and footboard are stylishly finished with a hearts and bows motif and the included matching dresser and changing table match the princess crib perfectly. All of the pieces in the set are certified by the Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association (JPMA) and retails for $999.99

Princess Coach Iron Crib – OK, this crib hardly falls into the “affordable” category but we simply could not resist including it on our list of princess cribs. Created by a company called Posh Tots this is pretty much a replica of a princesses’ carriage from the fairy tales of old, just like the one that carried Cinderella to the ball, complete with faux wheels and a lace covered pumpkin shaped canopy.

The Princess Iron coach crib comes in a beige finish with pink, green, and purple details and features several different mattress levels. Each crib is apparently handcrafted and although it looks very intricate still meets JPMA and ASTM standards. Our favorite part? The hand painted birds that sit on top of the carriage.

Unfortunately though, the price tag for this princess crib is one that is fit for royalty as well. However if you have a spare $3,729 in your nursery decoration budget you can find it at
